After the release of Salman Khan's film 'Radhe', there is a tussle between Salman and KRK. Actor and film critic Kamal Rashid Khan reviewed Salman's film 'Radhe'. Not only this, in that negative review, KRK also made many personal allegations against Salman. After which a defamation claim was made on KRK on behalf of the legal team of the actor. Now in this case, the civil court has given interim relief to Salman Khan.


Salman Khan and his ventures have filed a lawsuit against Kamaal R Khan for abusive tweets and videos posted by KRK. The suit, filed through DSK Legal, claims that apart from making defamatory remarks, Kamal Rashid Khan has also accused Salman Khan's registered trademark 'Being Human' of being involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering. 

The matter was heard in the City Civil Court on Wednesday. Where Judge CV Marathe gave relief to Salman, saying that, 'Reputation and honor are no less valuable to a good person than physical security and freedom'. Along with this, Judge CV Marathe gave any statement, video, Temporarily barred from posting or reposting and republishing. The court order also bars Kamal Rashid Khan from posting, reposting or republishing defamatory material against actor Salman Khan, besides his family, his production company, its directors and shareholders.


Let us tell you that after the release of 'Radhe', KRK did a negative review about the film. Following which Salman Khan filed an application against KRK and nine others to stop him from publishing any derogatory post or publication about his film 'Radhe'. 

During the hearing of the case on Wednesday, the actor's lawyer Pradeep Gandhi said that all the posts made by KRK were defamatory. While there is no bar on commenting on the performance of a film or cast: 

"the individual allegations against Salman Khan are baseless". 

On the other hand, KRK's lawyer Manoj Gadkari argued in the court that:

"Salman Khan being a public figure, he should also be open to criticism. And KRK had only expressed his opinion about 'Radhe film'." ' 


At the same time, while hearing this matter, the judge of the Civil Court, in his interim order, partly allowed the petition of the actor. The judge said, 'A person is identified by his name. His name may not have any value to the society but will be priceless to the individual concerned. A good name is better than great wealth...Reputation is not only the salt of life but the purest treasure and the most precious perfume of life."
