The curtain has fallen for Julia Stiles on Dancing With the Stars Season 35. On Disney Night, staged on Monday 2 November 2026 ahead of US midterm election coverage, Stiles and professional partner Ezra Sosa were eliminated in eighth place, following on from the Disney Night preview, which had Cynthia Erivo guest-judging and pro Adele Zaikman sitting out ill from the opening number. Seven couples remain in the race for the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.
Stiles and Sosa danced a paso doble to "Satisfied" from Hamilton, scoring 33 out of 40, rebounding from 26 the previous week despite a rib injury flaring up in rehearsals. Their team dance added 36 points, but their combined total of 69 left them in the bottom two alongside Maura Higgins and Mark Ballas, and the judges' scores combined with viewer votes sent Stiles and Sosa home.

Who earned immunity?
Harry Shum Jr. and Jenna Johnson earned immunity from next week's dance-off. Both top couples scored a perfect 40 individually, so the tie was broken on cumulative season totals: Shum and Johnson lead with 236 points against Dewan and Chmerkovskiy's 235. Team Wildcats, featuring Shum and Johnson, Dewan and Chmerkovskiy, Frech and Karagach, and Wood and Arnold, also scored a perfect 40 for their freestyle to "We're All in This Together" from High School Musical, while Team Slaytopia scored 36 for "Zoo" from Zootopia 2.
What happens next?
The seven remaining couples return for Grammy Night on Tuesday 10 November 2026, which will feature a dance-off, with the immunity won by Shum and Johnson keeping them safe from it. Stiles, meanwhile, leaves after an eight-week run that took her from a shaky start to a Disney Night rebound that was not quite enough.
