Manoj Bajpai - This is not the first time that Bollywood has been accused of 'Nepotism'. But this is the first time that the Hindi film industry is directly divided into two groups due to allegations of 'Nepotism'. Before this many stars have raised their voice against 'factionalism' in Bollywood. That matter is different, after the suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput, the noise of the voices being raised against 'Nepotism' is very much heard.

Now veteran actor Manoj Bajpayee has expressed his opinion on issues like 'Nepotism'. In a recent interview, Manoj Bajpayee has admitted that we live in a society where an attempt is made to ignore the talent.

Manoj said that.

“Let me start with the fact that the world is not fair. I am saying from my 20 years of experience that we celebrate mediocrity in the industry. Leave the industry, even as a nation we celebrate mediocrity. There is some deficiency in our thought process, our value system. When we see talent, we immediately want to ignore it or try to push back. This is our value system which is very regrettable ”

Many of Bollywood's well-known personalities have been accused of nepotism. He has also faced opposition from the people. Manoj has also given his arguments on this issue. Manoj believes that "people need to change their behavior now, otherwise they will lose their respect in the hearts of the audience".

During the interview, Manoj says that

“I have also said earlier that talent has been wasted in this industry. There are many talented people in the industry who are not being given their rightful place ”

This is the system I am talking about. This is the very cold ravaia of this industry. I am not blaming anyone. I am a part of this industry. This is why I have said in many of my interviews that we have to look inward, we have to fix it. And if you don't do it now, then you will lose your respect in the hearts of the audience.

Manoj Bajpayee is among those artists who have long struggled to make a mark in the industry.

His story is not much different from Sushant Singh Rajput's Struggle. Manoj Bajpayee has also worked with Sushant in the film 'Sonchidiya'. When Manoj Bajpayee, born in Bihar, came to Mumbai to pursue a career in Bollywood, the industry-accepted him with difficulty. Manoj has raised his voice on this trend of the industry many times.
